Orders and acceptance
When you place an order on seedbucksllc.com, you are making an offer to purchase. We confirm your order by email once payment has been processed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or insufficient stock.
Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at checkout. We do not collect or store your card details - Stripe handles that directly. Shipping is a flat $5, and is free when your order includes a bundle alongside seed packets.
Shipping
Orders ship within 2-4 business days of purchase. We currently ship to all 50 US states. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Returns and cancellations
Because seeds are a perishable, non-restockable product, we do not accept returns once an order has shipped. You may cancel or change your order free of charge any time before it ships - contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us and we will make it right.
Liability
We select and package our seeds with care, but germination and growing results depend on factors outside our control - climate, soil, and growing conditions among them. Seed Bucks is not liable for crop outcomes. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
